Jewel cotton is made from Supima cotton, known as the "jewel of cotton" due to its rarity and high quality.

Jewel cotton is entirely hand-picked and has a unique moist feel. Because it is rich in oils and fats, it has a silk-like luster and a cashmere-like smooth feel despite being cotton.
Although it is the finest extra-long staple cotton in the world, its fibers are very strong and durable. In addition, only the parts with beautiful fibers are carefully selected for spinning, resulting in a fine texture and a neat weave.
For the knitting, we use a modified Azuma knitting machine that can knit longer loops to give the fabric a fuller texture, and by using two strands of back thread instead of the usual one, we further increase the fullness of the loops.
The dyeing process is not done intentionally, so that the original softness of the high-quality raw materials can be felt. The split raglan sleeves around the shoulders eliminate the roughness of the seam allowance at the shoulders, improve the ease of lifting your arms with the three-piece sleeves, and realize the roominess and forward swing characteristic of raglan sleeves.
